Africa Oil & Gas: Angola recorded almost 20 oil spills between January and March

Angola saw nearly two dozen spills during the first quarter of 2017, involving close to a hundred barrels of crude, according to data from the Angolan Oil Ministry. According to a document of the ministry led by Botelho de Vasconcelos, this is an increase of 61 barrels spilled compared to the previous period, between October and December 2016, and no occurrences were registered, according to the Angolan authorities, of cross-border origin.(source: Lusa)
