Africa Oil & Gas: Total sells Gabon stakes in deals worth $350M
Total (NYSE:TOT) agrees to sell stakes and transfer operatorship in several fields offshore Gabon to Perenco in transactions valued at ~$350M.
The deal includes the sale of TOT’s 100%-owned affiliate Total Participations Petrolières Gabon, which holds interests in 10 fields, as well as the sale of interests in five fields and the Rabi-Coucal-Cap Lopez pipeline network.
The production divested represents ~13 bbl/day.(Source: Oilpro)
